Our round 3 fixtures in the Bisham League returned a credible 2 victories and 3 draws which realistically now should be enough for the league title with 1 round remaining.

The first match against Hemel ended goalless but was followed with a 3-0 win over Woodley, Kev Turner, Colin Smith & Steve King on the scoresheet.

Colin and Steve added to their tallies in the following 3-0 win over maidenhead with Russ Lillington adding the third.

The final 2 games against Oxford United and Milton Keynes were both goalless.

Following on from their Kembrey Park success the Highworth Town Over 60s went to Clevedon to play double headers against Exeter, Abbeymead & Cirencester.

Winning 3, drawing 2 and only 1 defeat meant they came away with silverware as overall winners.

Round 2 of our Bisham League 1 fixtures boosted our lead at the top of the division.

Andy Sears proved the difference, scoring in both1-0 wins against Maidenhead and Milton Keynes.

Nick Offer and Steve King goals saw Hemel Hemstead dispatched 2-0 before an emphatic 4-0 win against Woodley Saints, doubles for Steve and Graham Seeley.

Oxford United B spoilt the clean sweep by holding out for a 0-0 draw in our final match.

Four wins and a draw sees us on 26pts at the half-way stage.
